  Select your preferred return method by either visiting a physical Daiso store location or initiating an online return through our customer portal.

  Pack and Label

  Carefully pack the items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label if returning via mail.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue your requested exchange items.
